Thank you for visiting the Glurry website located at https://glurry.app (the “Website”). The Website, the Glurry mobile application (the “Glurry App”), the Glurry Dashboard, and related services are hosted and operated by Rx Studio OÜ (“Rx Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.2 Products and Intended Use
Rx Studio develops and operates digital health software intended to support persons with diabetes in managing and understanding their health-related data.
The Products are intended to display, aggregate, visualize, and analyze user-provided and connected health data for informational and self-management purposes only.
The Products are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or real-time monitoring. The Products must not be used as the sole basis for medical or therapeutic decisions. Users must consult qualified healthcare professionals for all medical decisions.
1.3 No Medical Advice
Rx Studio does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or therapy adjustments. Any information, insights, or outputs provided through the Products are informational in nature and must be interpreted by the User in consultation with a healthcare professional.
1.4 Definitions
“Products” refers to all current and future applications, dashboards, services, updates, and related offerings provided by Rx Studio.
“User” or “you” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Products.
2. APPLICABILITY OF THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the Products worldwide, subject to applicable mandatory laws. By accessing or using the Products, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use the Products.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS
Use of the Products requires the creation of a user account. Users may authenticate using one or more secure authentication methods, including standard credentials, federated identity providers, or government-backed electronic identity solutions, depending on availability and user choice.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for all activities performed through their account.
Rx Studio may suspend or restrict access where required to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Products.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Certain Products or features may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable platform’s subscription management process. Payments and refunds are handled through the platform or payment provider used for purchase.
5. USE OF THE PRODUCTS
Users may use the Products solely for their personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these T&Cs and applicable law.
Users must not misuse the Products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Products in connection with automated insulin delivery systems, active patient monitoring, or other prohibited uses specified by Rx Studio.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in and to the Products, including software, content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Rx Studio or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Products solely in accordance with these T&Cs.
7. AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
The Products are provided based on current technical and operational capabilities. Rx Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Rx Studio may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Products at any time, including features or integrations.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Products may integrate with third-party devices, platforms, or services. Rx Studio does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or their content.
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RX STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
RX STUDIO, AND NOT ANY APPLICATION DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM PROVIDER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR CONTENT. APPLICATION DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM PROVIDERS HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT SERVICES.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RX STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
RX STUDIO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE PRODUCTS DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rx Studio from claims arising out of misuse of the Products or violation of these T&Cs.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&Cs shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, seated in Tallinn, Estonia, and conducted in English.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
14. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Rx Studio may assign these T&Cs as part of a corporate reorganization or transfer of assets. Users may not assign their rights without prior written consent.
